Shane: i'm a extreme college counselor. besides the indisputable fact that, that's impossible to advice somebody on the laptop. i won't see your facial expressions, i won't hear issues on your voice, etc. you are able to desire to discover a counselor which you will discover head to head. Your college counselor could have names of those that do counseling (for loose, even.) Many adolescents wade by merely about all those issues - you're no longer unusual. because of the fact the tension and melancholy is meddling with your existence, you're able to see somebody. you would be happy you probably did. Cognitive therapy is expecially good for tension. I suffered from tension and observed a great counselor approximately it and she or he helped me lots that i desperate to become a counselor myself. It replaced my existence lots. So, go now and get in touch with somebody contained in the phonebook and make an appointment. your loved ones surgeon should even have names for you. merely call them. human beings like to help. You have been clever to realize out. This became your first step, now take the subsequent one. :-) you're properly worth IT

I'm answering because you've accepted your condition... and appear to want the help... please do, make the effort, to stay dry, for the sake of your children and those you love... or, you leave a legacy of serious damage forever in your wake, inside your kids!
I am a former wife and survivor, of life with a man who died aged 41, of alcohol abuse. Who endured serious physical abuse for 12 years, at his hands, whose son tried to throw himself in his father's grave and went on to destroy his own life in his grief... leaving me impotent to save him!
