I don't know how many people there will be, but maybe you can go for a simple fruit dish. Grab a couple of pink grapefruits and segment them. Arrange them in a circular pattern on a plate and throw in a mini-bowl with a dressing that people can scoop onto their plates:
This will cover about 6 full servings of melon:
--------
*2 tablespoons sugar
*3 shallots, peeled and diced
*2 tablespoons honey
*1/2 cup fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice, strained (from 2 pink grapefruits)
*1/4 cup grapeseed oil
*1/8 cup rice wine vinegar
*Grenadine
*1 lime, juiced
It's sweet, it's semi-simple, and it tastes amazing. Oh, and it's pink.
Happy hunting!

I would think one would want this to be done in good taste not a breast shaped cake.
I saw tic tacks that are pink for breast cancer awareness you could bring. You could even put food coloring in rice krispie treats and make them pink.

Well, you could make pink-iced brownies and put little twizzler breast cancer awareness ribbons on them... I'm not sure- that's a hard one!

You can get a cake pan in the form of 2 breasts... they are usually used for bachelor parties... but you could get one in a specialty store... or just use two round cake pans and make your own... and decorate it accordingly... (I assume the bachelor party decorations would NOT be acceptable for this project)
