1/2 block Velveeta
Salsa
1/2 can chili (optional)
2 tbsp. milk
Cut up as much Velveeta as you would like and put in large microwaveable bowl. Add salsa to taste and chili if preferred. Add milk and micro for 2.5 minutes. Stir until somewhat smooth. Micro again and stir until smooth. If still not smooth after 2nd micro, add some more milk, a little at a time until it's no longer chunky and is creamy. We make this a few times a month and my hubby loves it!

You use Velveeta. Regular cheese does not microwave as well when making this dish. Cut the Velveeta in cubes or slices and add whatever you like in it. We add a mild salsa and cooked hamburger meat. Nuke it at one minute intervals, stirring it as you check on it, until it is nice and smooth. It takes about 5 minutes, total.

I'm assuming you mean queso, like cheese dip.
Melt a pound of Velveeta, stir in salsa to taste. That's the easy,
"white chick" way, but I'm certain that someone of Mexican descent can give you a much more wonderful recipe than that!!
