Can you say sexual harrassment???????? If you think it's appropriate to ask the size of his jock strap, then your workplace is seriously messed up but you don't have a case. On the other hand, if everyone else is acting like a human being instead of a jackass, report him.

Why?? Because it will only get worse. Ask any woman who's been through it. And if you don't report him now, you'll be the one who ends up losing her job, not him. And the asshole won't give you a good reference for the next job, SERIOUS economic mess for you because of this clown........

Tell him that is private information and walk away. If he starts asking you things like that again, keep a small tape recorder in your pocket, or make a journal and write down everything said, who heard it and the time of day and present that to the head of the company and file a complaint. Sexual harrassment in the work place is against the law.

I think you should ask why he wants to know and unless you work at hooters or in a casino as a cocktail waitress it shouldn't matter.

I'd start documenting every kind of sexual type of remark he or anyone is making to you . If it continues report him to the human rights commission where you live.

I'd be tempted to say to him , what size jock strap do YOU wear, midget or smaller?

Your boss had no right at all to ask you this question.

Your response to him should be to ignore the question.

If he persists, tell him that the question is inappropriate and you will not be answering it. If he still persists, then take it to his boss.

The best thing to do is to act confused. Convincingly portray that you have NO IDEA what he is talking about, and the problem should go away all by itself.

The anti-discrimination laws we now have will help to support this type of response.

Maybe he was thinking of buying his girlfriend some underwear, and didn't know her size, so he asked you because you are a similar size.

Yes , you could. if there is some kind of neutral level in organization available for raising this point anonymously please do it so that this do not get repeated. Other choice could be observe him closely for some time and then go ahead with if you feel what I just said above.
