Yes, for up to 3 months but it will taste better if you eat it within the first month. This is based on the assumption that this is chicken that was cooked at home. It is not advisable to freeze leftover/takeout. You don't know if it was frozen and then cooked, which means you should not refreeze it.

Yes.
Frozen food remains safe indefinitely... however because of quality purposes, one rule of thumb is to never keep anything in the freezer for over a year. Cooked chicken after about 4 months starts to get freezer burnt and quality goes down.
Frozen and then cooked and then freezing the cooked product does not make a difference.
It is best if you use a very good zip-lock or Tupperware type container, and if it starts to get ice crystals on it pull it out and reheat it right away, otherwise it will become freezer burnt and no good.
I just found this... check it out... http://www.fsis.usda.gov/Fact_Sheets/Focus_On_Freezing/index.asp

YES!! You can frezee cooked chicken, but like anything that is cooked the shelf life is limited. The most I would leave it in the frezzer is two weeks. Air can get to it and then it is frezzer burned. Then again there are so many gadgets that allow you to wrap food so there is little to no air in it that it can stay there longer. The safeest bet tho is to just keep it raw and frozen until you ar ready to use it again. Then you won't have to worry about it going bad on you quickly since most of the time it already came in a package that is sealed with little to no air in it.

Sure you can - Just put it in a baggy make sure you get all the air out that you can, I use a straw -zip almost all the way up with the straw in the bag and suck the air out - then pull straw out and zip all the way.
I wouldn't keep it for more than 2 or 3 weeks
Hope this helps. P.S. You can freeze any meats that you have cooked the same way as bags come in all sizes

Yes you can freeze cooked chicken. Make microwave meals out of it for nights when you don't have time to cook a big meal.'

The experts say that if you cook it, freeze it and put it in the microwave or what not, is not harmful. I wouldn't suggest leaving the chicken out after it's been cooked to thaw out.

Yes you can freeze already cooked chicken. I would say you can keep it frozen for as long as you would raw chicken.

Absolutely! How long you keep it depends on how you package it before you freeze it. If you vacuum seal (what an awesome thing), you can keep it for months without it getting freezer burn. If you just stick it in a zipper bag, it won't last as long.

yes you can vacumn packed is always best but a good freezer bag works ok for a short freezer term make sure all the air is out of the bag for best results remember meats are only good for about 6 months in your freezer sometimes lesss if they are not packed well also i suggest taking the skin off it first too!
