I lost a lot of weight on plate salads. Use as much lettuce as you want preferably a crisp crunchy type. 1/2 tomato, cucumber as much as you want, celery sticks and carrot sticks. 4oz. Either sliced turkey or chicken, once in a while roast beef is ok too. Next measure out exactly 2 tbl. miracle whip type salad dressing and just dip your veggies in the dressing for some flavor. It's the crunch and chewing which fills you and eventually you will need less and less dressing. I was on this for 2 meals a day and never had a hungry moment. I got this from the hospital while I was in there. I am a diabetic and this will bring the weight down healthy and non depriving. I lost about 100 lbs on it in about 1 1/2 months.

If you want to loose weight then be hungry and teach your body not to want you to stuff it all the time. Eating is necessary we know. A lot of us eat more out of habit than hunger. Teach your system to only tell you you are hungry when you actually need food. It does work. It also is difficult in the beginning. That hungry feeling just seems to demand that you stuff something in your mouth. Believe me you system can learn new habits.

Lowfat popcorn works for me, or fresh veggies. But go drink a glass of water first, then wait about 10 minutes. Often when we think we're hungry, we're really a little dehydrated. If you're trying to lose weight, water should become your best friend. Squeeze a little fresh lemon into it if you need a bit of flavor.

Tomato juice is a lifesaver! Fills the stomach. Have a glass before each meal and it will help you not eat as much. Good luck!

Make an egg white omelette with a little low-fat cheese and veggies. Use Pam instead of butter.
