ok ... so this friend i know.. we lately have had feelings for each other... and have kissed before .. but about 2 days back when we kissed his hands went down my back and waist and then moved up to my boob... does it mean anything?? does he want me?
and now i think he is playing hard to get..im trying to flirt with and even though he is... he is acting like he doesnt care... flirting is healthy right?....so what do i do now??.. do i go upto him and kiss him when i go out the next time ?? pls advice...what do i do ?

Maybe when he touched you he didn't get the response he was looking for so he's embarrassed. If you really like him don't come on too strong, he has already made the first move just be nice to him and reassure him that you like him.
