Metaphorically I think Bender is spot on. Actually the apparent boundary between earth and sky is the horizon and changes depending on height distance and if you have a straight or curved view to the object you are looking at.
So as in most things in life every view is different, and there for my answer is it all depends on you. :-)

Exactly where it is now as the horizon is caused by curvature of the earth.

So there will still be a point that you can see no further than, the fact that there is no sky there does not affect this.

If it did the horizon would change in different overhead cloud conditions, and it doesn't.
