I really don't want to post this here but I'm getting really frusturated.
To start it off, I'll just say I'm a pretty chubby girl few months back. I was like maybe 60kg then. And then, I start to diet. At first it was good, I control myself not to eat. Maybe I eat like 2 slice of bread a day and within weeks, people notice that I've slim down.
However as time goes by, I begin to eat less and less. Sometimes only 4 teaspoons of porridge a day and I'm getting paranoid about what I eat and the slightest feeling of fullness upset me. When I feel full, I'll get extremely guilty that I actually ate something and I'll start to binge which for sure follow by purge or self induce vomitting later on. I tried numerous times to stop but each time when I get sad or stress I'll start to binge and do it again.
I'm starting to get really skinny now as I weight only 99 pounds and I'm 166cm.
Do I need help to stop this? I really don't want my parents to know bout this...

I'm so sorry to hear that you are struggling. :( You must be in a lot of pain. Your BMI is only 16.3, which is severely underweight (18.5-24.9 is the normal range). It sounds to me that you are anorexic, purging type. I think it would be VERY important to see a therapist. You shouldn't have to feel this way.
If you can't talk with your parents, is there any other adult that you trust? A school counselor or doctor? Nobody can make you get better if you don't want to. You are the one who will have to make the changes by choosing to enter treatment. But I do think it's important to see your doctor to make sure that you're medically stable (they will need to do labs to check for electrolyte imbalances, etc).
At minimum, it would be good for you to have some support by seeing a therapist (ED specialist) and an MD. A nutritionist and support group would also be helpful, but may feel like too much for you all at once. Your weight is also low enough that inpatient or day treatment would be helpful, but it doesn't sounds like you're ready yet.
Hang in there. Get some support---at whatever level you're comfortable with. Here's a link to find therapists, nutritionists, groups, inpatient treatment, etc. for ED's.

Good luck.

Yes you need help. Definitely. For a start 60kg is NOT chubby for somebody of your height. 99lbs is seriously underweight.
Bulimia and anorexia are all about control. Sufferers feel out of control with their lives and the one thing they feel they can control is the food they put into their mouths. It can lead to serious illness or even death.
Posting on here is the first step towards admitting you have a problem. A good start. You have to go and see a doctor who can refer you for councelling. There are also many excellent sites on the web which can help you. This is an example:

Good luck and get well soon.

It sounds like you are suffering from an eating disorder. This is nothing to be ashamed about because it is not your fault, and you can't control it on your own. You should talk to your parents. They will not get mad, because your parents care about you. If you don't feel comfortable telling them, call a local crisis helpline or talk to a school counselor. You can get better, but you will need some help. I also want to let you know that not eating enough can actually prevent you from losing weight. When you starve yourself, you are not losing fat, you are losing muscle. I was borderline anorexic for many years, so please take my advice and talk to someone. It can make the difference between life and death. If you have any questions, email me.
all the best,
rivka

the scary thing is, you are bullemic
I know how you feel, my best friend was bullemic and it led her to serious problems. when I read this I wanted to cry because the things my friend went through were horrible.
you should try and tell your parents, you'll find out they can help so much. if thats to big of a step for you, tell your best friend. she'll be by your side and help you start to eat right. just talk to her and have her around when you eat. it'll be hard. just force yourself to eat instead of forcing to vomit. believe me, your wont get overweight, just get to a normal size first and then you can start you healthier diet.
A diet is not when you dont eat at all, thats called a disorder. a diet is when you eat healthier foods and less JUNK food. not less food overall. Fruits and vegtibles are a great way to start your day. ALWAYS eat 3 meals a day because if you dont, your going right back to were you just were but with another disorder called annerexia. buy all the food you want but make sure it's low fat or fat free. with those kinds of foods, you can eat anything you want and before you know it you'll be a normal size.
Of course its going to be very hard for you to stop purging. the longer you do it, the harder it is to stop.
SIDE EFFECTS OF BULEMIA
-ROTTEN AND DECAYING TEETH
your teeth's enamal will start to wear down
because of the acid from your stomach your
vomiting up.
- LACK OF NUTRITION
your body wont get all the nutrition it needs.
and while your teeth are beaking down, your
body is as well.
- WAY TOO SKINNY
you may have thought that skinny was great.
And it is! but when you look like a skeleton,
maybe its not so great.
you seem really skinny and unhealthy right now, I suggest you stop or at least try with all your might. my friend had the disorder so bad she had to go to a mental hospital for bullemic and annerexic people. it's hard for me to tell you this but i just wouldnt want to see you go, just as my friend did. her body broke down and she just didnt make it. I know im making this seem so scary but really, it is that scary and serious.
Please try all you can to stop. It'll just get worse.

i'll be more than happy to talk to you about this.

You need professional help immediately if you want to get over this. I would be for your own good. If you live with your parents you should tell that all this stuff is going on because they would want to know so they can help you.

To me it definitely sounds like an eating disorder. I think you need to talk to your parents about it, because there's no way you can get help on your own (without their funds/resources, that is). I would suggest sitting down with them and talking to them- and I hope that everything works out for you and that you find your inner goddess without starving yourself.

Go to your school counselor and maybe they can help you find someone you can talk to. If you're parents don't know yet, they will eventually so it's best to tell them about it now. They may be able to help you more than you know. Good luck.

Please talk to someone and get help! If you cannot talk to your parents, talk to a friend, or a teacher, someone you can trust. There are many resources available to help with such problems, some of them let you remain anonymous too. Get help, good luck!
