Can I use t-111 plywood indoors?

Just want to cover an open "hatch" to my attic.

Yes you could, but usually local building codes require the attic access have drywall. Maybe you could glue the drywall to the T1-11.

The only thing I can think of is the smell and toxic fumes plywood puts off.....
