Recipe 1 (sorry there are no exact measurements, this is my own invention)
Take your chicken, breasts cut to portion sizes... throw them in a baking dish, (you can pre-brown them in a frying pan if you prefer) pour a can of campbells brocolli cheddar soup on top of them. add in tone or two cans of water, throw in extra frozen or fresh brocolli. Throw in the oven until the chicken is mostly cooked. mix in instant rice to the sauce... grate shredded cheese on the top, then put back in the oven until the chicken and rice are both completely cooked.
Recipe 2: (another of my own inventions, so you just have to play with it til you get it)
Season chicken breasts with pepper and cajun seasoning. You can use a bit of salt too if you like. Place in center of individual tin-foil sheets and wrap up. Cook about 15 minutes at 350. Open up, put salsa on each chicken breast, cut think cheddar cheese slices and place on the top. Rewrap the aluminum foil and replace in oven. Bake for another 10-15 minutes. These go great with rice or baked potatoes.
Recipe 3: Fajitas
Make sauce-in bowl mix together about 1/4 cup lime juice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar or molasses, 2-tablespoons garlic seasoning (or thereabouts), 2 teaspoons olive oil, some pepper, salt, cajun seasoning, and cumin to season (season to your taste preference)
Cut chicken into thin strips, and fry in the frying pan (I prefer frying in water as opposed to frying in oil). Cut up bell peppers into thin strips (red, green, orange, yellow) and onion into thin strip... when chicken is cooked add in the sauce adn the peppers... fry together as the sauce thickens and the vegetebles brown... place insoft tortilla shells (or in largerpita type shells) along with tomato, avocado, sour cream, salsa, and shredded lettuce, then wrap up and enjoy.

This is a homemade dish..no links no back of boxes. But you will need to buy some jar alfredo sauce because Iam not giving out my secret recipe for it..sorry lol..Anyways bread your chicken boobs and fry them. While your letting them cook dice up some red and yellow bell pepper, do the same with a yellow onion. After that drain a can of yellow corn. Now pour your alfredo sauce into a pot. Add your peppers, onion, and corn. Add chipolte seasoning, s & p, a little garlic powder. Pour into bake dish, when chicken boobs are done add them to the sauce. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. You now have what I call a southwestern chicken meal. If you want you can serve over fettucini noodles. This makes for a great meal. Good luck!

This is quick, simple, only a few ingredients, and delicious. One bottle of Italian dressing and boneless chicken breast (we usually use 6 breasts). Put all in an oven-safe dish. Let marinate 30 minutes. Cover with foil. Bake at 375-400 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve with noodles. We use Ramen chicken flavored noodles.

Cut them into strips( I usually strip them out into about 5 lengthwise strips, then cut them in half so you have 8-10 strips per breast(they cook faster). Then dredge in flour, dip in egg and milk, then into your favorite fried chicken mix. I like wheat flour mixed with white flour @ 50-50. For 4-5 cups of flour, I add 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning.
Once you have a good coating on them, fry until done, 5-7 minutes per strip. Once cooked, set aside on paper towels to get most of the grease off.
Make sure while draining, they don't touch so the batter doesn't soften up.
Once all cooked, heat up @ 1 cup of Sweet Baby Rays, Cookies, or your favorite BBQ sauce with 3/4 cup water to a simmer. Add some fesh cracked black pepper. Once simmering, ad in all chicken stripps, and toss untill coated. let simmer for 4-5 minutes, gently tossing periodically. Pour them out on a platter, serve with sweet corn.
Sorry, I don't have a recipe. I just like to wing it. But this will work for three small to medium breasts. Any more, you will probably need more bbq sauce.

This is so easy and so good!
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare soup (bring can of soup and one can of water to a boil). Line chicken breasts in a casserole dish. Pour prepared soup on top of chicken and top soup with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
Side dishes: Rice is best and I like green beans as a vegetable.
