i found a lillte rubber magnetized thingy under my bed and the smaler but is a sort of cap which magnetise onto the big bit;at hte back is is a plastic button which caused the front bit to give off a flashing green light;the only peson who has been in my room recently was the window fitter when he replaced the windows;is this a tracking device and have the aliens taken over my mind?

Tie it to a helium balloon and go outside and let it go. See if any cars with dark tinted windows suddenly drives away...chasing the balloon.
Or...it could just be a refrigerator magnet.
