Example of bias:
Question: "So some christians need censors to hide their hypocrisy?"
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AoOq0nCMYAlxzppYe5Ah9gXsy6IX?qid=20060903102641AAdeoxQ
Answer from Bohemian: "Bob as I said get out the Internet Cafe now and back to the institute, you will be safe there. People will love you and take care of you and give you some drugs that will help. Counselling is good too"
Reported 18 hours ago for "insulting other participants"
The answer was never removed.
Explain how this is not an example of Y!A bias against non-christians?
Folks, I'm willing to engage christians and others on a level playing field. But when christians can insult non-christians with impunity, relying on the bias of Y!A censors to act as their shields, the field is obviously not level.
I could suggest that non-christians retaliate in kind, massive numbers of reports against anything christians post, but what would be the point: Y!A will ignore them.

The corporate machine thrives on hits, and if allowing a few token non-christians on the R&S board to give the appearance of equal treatment increases the number of hits from christian bigots, well, that's just good for business.
Just so long as the non-christians remember their place and do not upset the christian majority. Any non-christian who gets uppity and actually scares some christians, well, that's what the censors are for.
I think too highly of myself and others to allow myself to be used in such a manner. If christian totalitarians are so afraid of the message that they're willing to censor the messenger, then the message won't be heard.

What I do suggest is that non-christians (and Catholics, for you are equally persecuted for your faith) abandon this board and find one where you are treated as fairly as any other user. When the R&S board is seen as a christian-only club, people like us won't be so easily lured in for the abuse and amusement of the christian majority.
To those I never knew: too bad. To those I was just getting to know: too sad. To the best on this board: I'm glad to have had the chance to meet you, befriend you, and I hope we can hold onto that after I'm gone.
As the christians are wont to believe, I needn't worry about anyone's salvation but my own. Christians have done such a bang-up job with the planet already: ending war, poverty, hunger, pollution, hatred, bigotry, hypocrisy...should we expect anything less of them after 2000 years of dominance?

It is enough to know the power of Love in my life, and the life of my son. I've gone many years without sharing it in the public and I'm sure the planet will turn if I return to my isolation.
After all, the world certainly doesn't need more Love with the christians running the show. By their fruit we all know them.
Peace and love to all my friends and people of good will.

Bohemian: This isn't about you.
Whether it was a joke or insult is irrelevant. Whether you are christian or not is irrelevant. The question was obviously a challenge against those who use censorship, your answer obviously insulting (I don't see why you'd think I'd laugh at it).
I could care less about insults. I reported it to see if Y!A would act. They didn't, and confirmed my suspicion regarding -their- bias. That's what this is about: Y!A pandering to the bigotry of the majority to maximize the hits. Non-christians deserve better than that.
Ya, I know: "whatever" ;-)

You put so much additional material into your question, it's hard to know what, exactly, you are asking. Do you feel Christians have an edge over non-christians here? Why, aside from the fact that the spell-checker is set to capitalize the word "christian"? It is also set to capitalize "internet," which I would not do on my own. They guy who told you to get back to the ward was responding humorously to the fact that your question seemed pretty crazy, which it did. For one thing, it seems to have been in response to some action or specific, and yet you do not tell what.
I think your anti-Christian bias is about as offensive as the Christians ever get, and I'm not a Christian myself, as you can plainly see if you look up my profile.

Well Bob you have made another presumption and gone down the wrong road. I am not a Christian, I do believe Christ existed and believe he was a good man. Also I believe that Mohammed existed and was a good man. I fully respect every Jew for their beliefs and faiths and Christian, Muslim. Sikh, Buddhist or whatever Faith one follows. I do not care if a man is white, black, Asian, green, purple or whatever colour or label you wish to put on somebody.
What I do object to is somebody posting questions on this site that are bigoted or racist and insulting to a generalisation of people. I do not need to put myself under any label to feel that way, it is because I regard myself as a decent, fair and open-minded and educated human being who was raised in the correct manner.
People just have to read through your list of questions to see that you have some problem with some Christians and Christianity, you are insulting and try to inspire hatred. There is nothing wrong with thought provoking arguement but you are not doing that.
Your questions are obsessional and to my mind show somebody that needs psychological help. I stand by my statement that I made before, Yes it was made with an intent to be humorous but your response has led me to believe in it even more.

Bob this is a religion and spirituality forum. People are supposed to ask serious questions about religion and spirituality. This does not include proselytizing atheism and naturalism. You say you are a nonbeliever so what could a nonbeliever possibly be doing here unless 1. you really want to learn about religion or 2. you really want to learn about spirituality. Are you arguing against religion and spirituality?
If you are trying to prove God doesn't exit then this is not the forum for you. Try other forums.

Give us a question in which you provide your definition of Christian bigotry so that we have an opportunity to respond. You may be able to teach us something constructive. If you prove me to be a bigot, then I need to ask God for forgiveness.

This is all you have to worry about?
I'm thinking you're questioning your own beliefs if you're that easily offended by someobody's comments about it.
I know, I know, you're probably going to report me.
