you probably mean red highlights.... yes, they do, but it always depend on certain factors...
for example, your personality! It also depends on the way you dress... if you usually dress smart it seems a little bit drastic!
how many actually red highlights do u plan to have? try putting some artificial ones(they are called hair extensions) that they would suggest in your hair sallon ad if you don't like them, you can always remove them.

If you had brown hair with like a moroon and blonde hylights that looks prett because my friend has it. But i wouldn't think blue hair would look too good.

red doesnt look gud with blue, but it luk gud wid bit black colour .
