we like to buy boneless chicken breast or strips, wash them and put in glass pan, pour cream of broccoli soup on it and cook for about 20 mins (flip once) in over at 400 degrees. Goes great with rice and string beans. Very easy and no mess recipe.

What kind of recipes are you looking for? If you want an easy appetizer try mixing 1/2 jar of Harry and David's Pepper and Onion Relish with 16 oz of cream cheese (the big tub) then your guests put it on Ritz crackers. It is amazingly good and easy to make!
