I need to lose 20 or more lbs in 2 months. Can you tell me the best foods to eat and exercises?

Begin a walking exercise program now, today. Start with 15 minutes and build up to 30 at power walking. Burns calories fast.

Begin a healthy eating program now, today. Eat protein, fiber, fruits and veggies. Don't eat junk food period.

Begin doing some easy floor exercises like sit ups or crunches, jumping jacks, stretching, etc. Do that 15 minutes every day & build up your strength.

Sit and Stand Tall and exercise your abdominals every time you think about it by sucking in your gut to your spine and hold it for a few seconds at a time.

Chin up.
Shoulders back.
Chest out.
Stomach sucked.
Buns tucked.

I need to lose 10 - 15 pounds also . I've never actually tried this but I'll try to do it.

Instead of haveing 3 meals a day, eat 4 meals a day. This means you make your meals to smaller portions.

Also research on the "Negative Calorie Foods"

There foods that help you lose weight! Try and find a chart or list of them. Also BEFORE EVERY MEAL Drink two 8.oz water ( this will help you feel full and cause you to eat less of your meal. Also Eat Vegatables, there healthy and good for you too soem vegatbles and fruit are also negative calories too! ALSO DO NOT EAT AFTER 7:00 PM! Stay away from the pizza and all the fatty and greasy stuff. Also, look at what your eating, how many grams of sugar are you eating?trans fat? Also do lots of stretches.
I suggest you get one of those balls and do stretches on it. This will help you stretch your abb's and cause you to grow taller. Your exercises dont have to be very painful. Try walking. Doctors say walking is the best way to lose weight! Walk around your block in the early morning when it is nice in cool. Try walking for 1hour to 2, 3, or whatever you feel like. Now for the hardest part: Dont drink sodas, do you know how much sugar is in them! Also i suggest you stay away from high sugar fruits too , such as bannas instead why not eat a apple or pair. A good way to stay full is:

1 whole weat (make sure its whole weat) slice of bread.

1 TBS of Peanut butter ( Try shooting for the real healthy kind of low fat. Go to some healthy stores in your local area. I got to Sunharvest to get real healthy things there , I hope theres one in your area.)

1 apple ( slice it up and put it on the peanut butter )

fruits and raw veggies, if you HAVE to eat meat-no fried foods, chicken and fish only. eat four small meals per day, same time every day. sleep regularly, exercise. 30 minute minimum aerobic type activity. jog,jump rope, go to an aerobics class, whatever, just make sure it keepd yer heart rate up for 30 min straight every day. losing weight is not an event, it's a process. a lifestyle change. accept that it's a process, and will take time and effort. don't let anything discourage you, and be self-aware and honest about what you eat, and how much you exercise. you did'nt gain them 20 pounds in 60 days, chances are. so don't be disappointed if you haven't lost them in 60. expect to work at it, be realistic, and honest. you can do this, girl.

What kind of diet? Low fat, low sugar, low salt, high fibre, drink lots of water. You can get help with this by visiting www.gidiet.com or getting your hands on Rick Gallop's book "The G.I. Diet". Borrow it from the local library to have a look. The book also talks about exercise.

DO LOTS OF SALAD. AND RUN ON A TRACK OR TREAD MILL EVERYDAY. I RUN 3 MILES EVERY DAY AND I EAT PROPERLY. DRINK LOTS OF WATER, AND NO JUNK FOOD
