He prophesies how much he love me but he does not really show it by at least paying my bills or showing concern to things happening arround me. What do i do? I mean i love him so much nothwithstanding his attitude.

make him jealous start to make him think you like some one else and if he really likes you he wont let you date some one else.
and later he is not paying attention to you then play games watch movies dont pay any interest to him at the end if he is still like that then he is not your type

People show love in different ways.
I wouldn't pay someones bills because I loved them. If you were married, it would be a different story.
You said that he prophesies how much he loves you. Everyone is different. Some people are more quiet about their love.

well....wat really matters is that how well do you know him?? tht's the golden question.....as far as answering ur question....well i believe tht if you are all the more conufused......i think u should give him sometime.....if in case u already know him well enough..... YOU SHOULD ALWAYS LISTEN TO WHAT UR HEART SAYS.....its the best possible way to get around this kinda situation....well..that's my opinion.
