It appears that some people do not know what a crech is:

Crèche (also spelt creche) is a French word that means crib. In English it may mean:
Day care centre (especially in some Commonwealth countries), an organisation of adults who take care of children in place of their parents.
Nativity scene (especially in North America), a group of figures arranged to represent the birth of Jesus Christ. Also called "crib," especially in some Commonwealth countries.
In order to open a day care center (creche) in the United States you will have to contact child care licensing for your state. There are MANY rules and regulations that you must follow.

I have no idea. I did an Ask search and a Google search. Did you? There are thousands of sites that could potentially help you and give you all the information you need.
