They did not fight for those freedoms granted to the citizens of the USA. If they are still given those rights, they should respect the country that allows them to have those rights and not uprise against it. This talk of Aztlan is bordering on an uprising and is instigating Civil War here on USA soil. Americans do not back off, we will fight against those who want to divide our country. They will be beaten back and many will die. Some of us will die, more of them will die, no doubt about that. We will prevail, conquor andpush them back across the border they illegally crossed. They have provoked this docile dragon too many times. It is ready to strike back violently.

To be thoroughly honest with you, i do not imagine you've an complete appreciation of freedom over right here in Europe. i have talked about that individuals seem indoctrinated that they are the actually u . s . in the international that has 'freedom' notwithstanding it basically isn't actual. of direction we've complete freedom of speech, basically like you do. because the reply above said, this freedom is chance-free with others in the european convention of Human Rights. in case you get into an difficulty with someone of direction you are able to remark notwithstanding you imagine is ideal - what type of position do you imagine it really is?! 'Propoganda speech guidelines' belong in the previous with the Nazis and Stalin - we've moved into the twenty first century you comprehend!! In very few eu countries denying the holocaust is a criminal offense, yet even with the reality that the professionals and cons of such guidelines you won't be able to apply it to generalise the entire of Europe. basically because some countries have certain guidelines about one journey that handed off 60 years in the past does no longer mean that the entire of Europe won't be able to debate modern-day affairs. basically seem on the British tabloid press savaging the present uk authorities in case you want to be certain our freedom of speech in action! if you're so worried i ought to characterize that you visit right here before making any judgements about no matter if to learn right here. As I suggested, i do not imagine you've an complete appreciation of freedom over right here and are letting one regulation in some countries cloud your judgement. I understand that maximum individuals (maximum of whom have not in any respect even been right here) have an rather warped information of Europe and seem to imagine that all of us nevertheless stick with medieval guidelines notwithstanding that is not any longer the case and it should be shame that you're able to omit out on what ought to nicely be a good danger basically because we were portrayed in a ridiculous and what i actually locate truly an offensive mild.

Sorry folks but our Constitution gives EVERYBODY the right to the freedom of speech. You can't single out any one group and say 'no' to them. But on the other hand anyone here illegally is using our Constitution against us for freedoms they haven't earned. That does make me angry.
Get in line and get legal!

The First Ammendment grants the right of freedom of speech. That doesn't mean you can yell "FIRE" in a crowded theatre but it DOES mean you are free to speak your mind.
I have lived all over the world and I have lived in countries run by dictators... some benevolent and some tyrants... but the one thing those countries share is, you are not free to speak your mind... if you DO say something against the government, and the wrong person hears it... you will just disappear and nobody has to listen to your rantings again.
About the only thing the sets America apart from the other third world countries... debtor nations with a Fascist ruling party ("FASCISM" A system of extreme right-wind dictatorial government)... is the fact that Americans can say what they think anywhere they wish to say it.
If you really want to end free speech for Illegals with whom you disagree... then what is the NEXT group you want to take freedom of speech away from?... Gays?... Anti-abortionists?... Catholics?... Religious Conservatives? ... anyone who disagrees with the Bush policies?
Once you start down that slippery sloap called "NO FREEDOM OF SPEECH"... eventually, you will be in a group that MUST be shut up because of their beliefs or view points.

So you're saying that not everyone deserves freedom? Not all 'illegals' are criminal invaders (that sounds like one of those retro Space Invaders knockoffs). Some are families looking for a better life, or people running away from abusive homes and governments. You can't say that one person deserves freedom but not another based on their birthplace. Besides, how would you enforce that? Make them wear a Mexican flag so whenever they said something out of line, they could be prosecuted? Sounds a tad like Hitler.

Hello No, they shouldn't have any kind of special rights or privileges. IF i go to Mexico or some place else I wouldn't have the rights of their land. This is the land of the free, only to those whom are citizens.Land of the free doesn't mean everyone and your brothers come over here and do as you please..Land of the free means do as you please as long as you don't break our laws.
Invaders are Illegal Immigrants which mean, criminals.....don't have the right to be here and didn't ask to come here...DO you knock on your neighbors door or just walk in?...I knock...They just walked in....Go home.....

The U.S. Constitution protects the rights of ALL people. What was it that the founding fathers said? "all men are created equal" "endowed with certain inalienable rights" "among these are life, liberty and the persuit of happiness"
That's what America stands for. The rights of ALL people. That's why they get involved in everyone else's affairs all over the globe, and many hate them.
So yes - illegals too have freedom of speech. Not the rights and privilages that are guaranteed to only Americans, but the rights and freedoms that are for ALL people.

Legal immigrants have this right also. It's not just for Americans. I believe the right is given to every person living in the U.S.
