If you look at a man you have just met or have met a few times and stay at his eyes for over 5 seconds does that mean there is an attraction?

No. I'm one of those people who watches the eyes coz I started out really shy and unable to tell the meaning of things people say. The eyes usually help give it away (joke, rudeness, innocence, etc.) I'm not the only person like that either. That's just how it started for me, looking to tell the meaning/feeling behind the words.

I have only truly been in love twice, and felt a "spark" each time it was when i looked into his eyes for the first time.
Wow! just renembering how that felt! I hope i get to feel like that again some day.

Depends, sometimes you just look, sometimes it means more. Usually when I first meet someone, I know right away if something is going to happen between us. I always know. Hell, I knew the night I met my husband that I was going to marry him. I was only 17 at the time!

not really, the eyes are a safe haven to look at when youre getting spoken to by the opposite sex.
now if you were talking to a girl and she was looking you up and down seductively like she is trying to undress you with her eyes................... that means she wants a bit of you. but staring, doesnt really mean attraction.

Yeah, when women do that to me I ask them if they have a staring problem. And if she keeps doing it I break her nose. Once I did it with a golf-club because I was on my way to the driving range and had a 5-iron in my hand. Stupid b*tch... that taught her to stare at me...

Look at the woman's mouth when she is staring! If the lip is curled, hatred or cannot believe how ugly he is!! Smiling, whetting of lips - good thing!! It took me five years to realise I fancied my boyf though, so maybe my advice isn't the best to take....!!

yes, it is. when i don't like a guy i absolutely try as hard as i can not to look into their eyes. but, sometimes if you like a guy you will look at their eyes and then look away when they look at you. but if a girl feels really confident she'll lock eyes with the guys she likes and smiles.
