Sally's has it! They should be open today retail doesn't get a holiday!

Sally's or Wal mart won't have it.
JC Penny Salons use it on their clients, and also sell it.
You can purchase from them...JC Penny.
Years ago I was a hairstylist at JC Penny and they sold Vavoom products then.

Matrix makes Vavoom hair spray.. Do a google search and you'll find many places where you can buy it.
