Sure. I know a few folks that work with the ACLU who would enjoy getting Christmas and other holiday cards (Easter, Chanukkah, Kwanzaa, Diwali, etc). It is within your civil liberties to send the card.

This may suprise you but they have taken cases defending the rights of others to practice their faith, even christians.
