Pop tarts are just to nasty and sweet. I have no yet found a good one. Cereal is Cheerios. I eat it like a finger food to substitute for chocolate or other overly sweet things. Of course it is still loaded with carbs, so you have to moderate.

I love the Smores flavor Poptarts and favorite cereal has to CoCo Wheats even today at 30 I love my hot cereal in the winter!
