IF you have access to professional hair products from a Salon the bestest products ever are from Paul Mitchell.
The line is called SUper Skinny. Use the shampoo, conditioner and the serum. These products are a must have for anyone with extreme curly hair. In combination they help to pull the excess water out of the hair shaft allowing it to smooth easily without damage. They don not however remove the moisture your hair needs so its not brittle. Unlike the other over the counter products. Also, the serum used before styling helps with tangles, smoothness and cuts drying time in half!
Please do not purchase these products from a CVS or drug store. ALl professional products found in a drug store are damaged, expired and phonies! THey do not guarentee results!
Good luck!

Main reasons for damaged, rough and dry hair are i) Stress, ii) Poor nutrition, and iii) Hereditary factors.
DON'T ACCEPT any HAIR PROBLEM.
Specific to your problem, use "Segals" Brand 'Shampoo for Damaged & Dry Hair' and 'Conditioner for Damaged & Dry Hair'. For strong and healthy re-growth of hair from roots with a better texture and to arrest premature Hair Fall use "Segals" brand 'Advanced Scalp Formula' and 'Advanced Hair Root Supplement'.
Revolutionary professional products based on rare (NATURAL) botanical extracts - Saw Palmetto, Biotin, Inositol, Rosemary, Fo-Ti, Kelp, Nettle and Silica. 100% safe. Clinically proven and backed by research. Assured results. 100% money-back guarantee in US and Canada. Imported in India from Canada. Basically the products work as a cleanser of the scalp by removing the waxy sebum and revitalizing the roots. The products also help to stimulate the hair follicles by increasing blood flow in the root and strengthens and thickens the new hair growth. No other product works more professionally-everything else is commercial. Don't use any shampoos containing Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Cocoamide, Propylene Glycol.

take hair-bath alternative days. This has helped me. But the water must be good. Shampoo and chemicals, though apparently smoothens, damages the roots. Why not give it a try..!!

remember that if you wash your hair too often w/ shampoo, you'll wash out all the oils and vitamins that are good for your hair. Try to brush your hair more often. Also, as you brush your hair, start from the bottom so the tangles go out a little at a time.

condition condition condition.
thats all you need to do.
and try your best not to use heat appliances. it will give you shine for the most part, but in the longrun it's damging your hair too much. trust me. its such a bad habit to get into.
mayonnaise helps to soften hair as well as avocados. try smashing the avocado and rubbing throughout your hair. leave on for about an hour or two and then shampoo and condition as normal. good luck!
