I am not for or against abortion, but, does it bother you as much as me that girls today give no thought to doing it? Like it's just a way to take care of a problem. I do think that if a girl gets a abortion for no reason other than she didn't want the child, and plans to contuniue messing around unprotected, that she should be requireed to get the shot or something to prevent it from happening again.

Opinion?

Like you I am not for or against. And like you I totally agree that abortion as birth control is horrible. Here in America there should be forced birth control. The number or preteen (12-14) and teen (15-17) births are sick. And what about the addicts who conceive, that is a sad issue as well. Oh let's not forget the people who are totally aware they have a genetic disease/defect and may pass it to their child, yet still have children, is that wrong too? I think it is.

I don't know what kind of ladies you're hanging out with, but I have never, and I mean absolutely never, met any woman who has had an abortion and didn't consider it a big deal. In fact, I haven't even met that many women who have had abortions. I don't think it's that common, and I don't think there's so many woman out there who are thinking of it as a form of birth control. The 2 women I have met who have told me about their abortions gave careful thought to their decisions and made the choice based on what they thought would ultimately be best for everyone involved. They didn't just go "whoops, I'm pregnant! Guess I better get another abortion!" I don't think any woman would ever think that way.

i agree
abortion should not be used as a form of birth control
abortion is really a personal serious choice for girls who have been raped or if their lives are at risk thats the reason for it.
girls and guys should use protection now a days anyway

Sometimes common sense just doesn't occur to some people. Or they are in complete denial about things. I firmly believe some people just shouldn't be allowed to have kids but that's a different argument. The bottom line is if you don't want a kid you should abort and take steps to prevent yourself from getting knocked up again.

i think the only reason people should have abortions is if they were raped, molested or medical problems. when all these young girls keep falling and finding it so easy to have one they should be made to keep the foetus and suffer the consequences of their actions. they should also think how lucky they are to fall pregnant when so many woman can't.

i think of we could desire to constantly supply a great gamble for infant to be born. Human and animals alike.. nature have the thank you to regulate them (exceedingly for animals). i've got not got a puppy atm, yet there are a gaggle of stray cats in my complicated that help to regulate the rat inhabitants (and lizard, they each and every each and every now and then consume them).

I have never met a woman who took getting an abortion lightly. it is very painful emotionally and physically. if there are women (which i seriously doubt because its expensive and painful) who use it as a form of birth control, they are disturbed!!

I think it's none of our business what a woman shoudl do with her own body. What you were hinting at is government intervention on an individual right to make decisions about one's own body. That's wrong anyway you slice it
