ELVIS'S MOST FAVORITE SNACK
2 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
2 slices white bread
2 tbsp. butter
1 ripe banana
Spread peanut butter extra thick between slices of bread. Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. Brown sandwich on both sides in melted butter. As sandwich browns, mash banana. Remove browned sandwich from pan, gingerly pry open and spread mashed banana among warm peanut butter. Serve immediately while still warm. Eat with knife and fork.
