I think it could have been written by D.E.F.R.A. ( The new name for The British Ministry of Agriculture ) Because like any literature you get from them, you read the rules on one page, then further along you read another page which totally contradicts all what was said before.

Cute, but no. The god of the bible communicates via the one-way method of revelation. (The only exception I'm aware of is the tale of Abraham's negotiation with god to spare Sodom and Gomorrah if just one good man could be found there.)
