Where are You? It is 7:18am where I am. Beans on toast sounds good but I would put some chopped onions and cheese on the toast too.

How about some Chinese noodles instead. Get Straight to the Wok Noodles.....throw in some chopped vegetables...mushrooms, sweet corn, pak choi or shredded cabbage if you don't have that, a few french beans (about 6 only) a few prawns or chicken pieces, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and then throw in the noodles... cook until the veg is softish and the noodles hot....nice food...and its so fast to make.why do you need to eat Beans on toast?

You will decide where in the world you are, what your commodities are, and what you really want without asking us.

You can really spice up Beans on Toast with putting Garlic Salt and Rosemary over or Cheese.

fry some onion, chopped garlic and ginger add some chilli powder and salt and cook the beans that first then pour over your toast, adds a nice kick to the norm!

Widen your horizons and have cous cous, maybe with tuna, - just as easy as toast and can be really tasty with a little butter, some pepper and a squeeze of lemon...
Mmm....
Might have that myself!
:)
