A couple are coming over tomorrow for supper and i don't have any idea about what kind of homemade dessert to do.
Do you have an easy dessert recipe to give me,thank you:)

Chocolate Italian Cream Cake

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup shortening
2 cups white sugar
5 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour three 8-inch round cake pans. Separate the eggs.
Cream 1/2 cup of the butter, shortening and sugar together. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in 1 teaspoon of the vanilla.
Sift soda, flour and 1/4 cup cocoa together. Add alternately with buttermilk to the creamed mixture, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Stir in the coconut and 1 cup of the chopped pecans.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold into the batter. Pour batter into the prepared cake pans.
Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cakes cool completely before frosting between layers and on sides.

Kahlua Frosting

1/3 cup butter, softened
2 1/4 cups icing sugar, sifted
2 tablespoons Kahlua
3 tablespoons instant coffee
1 tablespoon hot water

In small bowl dissolve instant coffeee in hot water.
Beat butter at medium speed in a mixing bowl until creamy.
Add gradually powdered sugar, kahlua and hot coffee mixture.
You can add more kahlua if you want a stronger coffee flavor frosting.
makes frosting for 1 9X13 cake.

A really easy recipe that looks very elegant is strawberry mousse chocolate cups. Just buy the two things, make the mousse mix with milk, and pipe it into the little chocolate dessert cups with a nice tip, and top of with a fresh strawberry each. Very nice and sweet too!

Rice pudding is a good answer you can read the cover of the packet . It is easy to prepare just stir it in some milk . Stir it 7 minutes

Mix yoghurt and creme cheese.Put in pyrex dish.Sprinkle with sugar.Use blowtorch to caramelise sugar. Cool in fridge--voila--nearly instant creme brule?
If you don't have blowtorch--under very hot grill will do(but you do get a bit of melting of the cheese mix!!!
add vanilla essence to cheese mix(or brandy) for something extra.
