Same can be said for you ladies.... Unfortunately for you it just wasn't meant to be. Time to move on, do a little analysis of the relationship and see what could have been done differently. Take some time off and then get back out there.

Don't go running after him! For the short term, date someone else. 1) you'll feel better 2) It might give your bf a second thought about you.
Usually before consideration of marriage there is a big break up. But the key is to not let him know you are wringing your hands over him. Even if you don't get back together you will feel that you walked away with your self respect.

EVERYBODY has had their heart broken.. take it one day at a time and try to do things that will take your mind off of him. If you sulk and get all depressed you'll only make yourself miserable. But if you find an activity that you like doing... some kind of sport would be best because you can release some of your feelings, then you are dealing with this break up in a positive productive way. I'm sorry you're going through this... I've been through it myself and I wished that I had handled it better... I was the one who was all depressed... now I realize there is a better way to handle it and it was not the end of the world for me.... it takes time.

Not all guys are mean and, apparently, your boyfriend wasn't mean either if you've been together for four years. After a while, people change. He may have changed personality/character/likes&dislikes which you do not relate to with him anymore. That's OK because when you find another boyfriend who shares the same dis/likes as you and you will find another in time; he will be the destined one for you. Now is the time to think about yourself and make yourself happy, do what you want to do, be you like before you met your boyfriend, and the right one will come.

Yes, they can be mean...wish there was something that would make you feel better instantly.
Allow yourself enough time to cry and feel the loss from your life
Focus on new things that can add meaning to your life and most of all remember :
You are a special woman with a unique purpose and he is the one who lost out on sharing a life with you. Keep the faith....and know that Mr. right might be just around the corner.

Everything happens for a reason............ Try to move on, Just look at that relationship an ask yourself what you're taking from it, There must be a lot of positive thing that you learnt in the 4 yrs, dont look at it as waste of your 4yrs coz you could have found someone else, rather as Pitstop in your Journey we call life

There is no quick fix hon. U'll have to give it time to heal. Things may not always be what they seem. He may have looked like the one for you but maybe he wasn't. Just try to move on and get involved in other stuff and don't dwell on it all the time. Maybe sports, hanging out with homies and other stuff may help.
Good luck.

Don't spoil your pure love for a filthy sample. Not all guys are such. Some may feel the same about girls. Better you be the silver linning for the guys in dark.
