I believe the phrase "you are what you eat" is true.
I think Dr. Gillian McKeith looks wonderful and is amazing, boosting of confidence and what she believes in and dont care that she didnt win in a recent celebrity singing contest or that she is really short. Just think what an interesting person, we have never had another like it. Do not care what she looks like, in fact my father commented whilst she was singing on the celebrity singing thing that she looked well attractive, I thought so as well.

But what about this quote, " what you eat says what you are".
Whatever it is, in reality, most of the stuff that is out there to be eaten on planet earth is fit eat, that have same carbs, proteins, fats, mineral, trace elements, some pesticides, herbicides, ammonia manures and pollutants. Any stuff makes the basic human stuff fitting in or fitting for the present times and who cares for future?

Its only a phrase so don't take it literally, but to a certain extent, I understand that the type of food and the quality of it does affect your body and health in the longrun.

Definately not - or I would be a pizza. I'm not overweight / underheight or anything so maybe it should be put down to common sense - less calories in than are burnt out - you lose wight, more calories in less burnt out - you gain weight - obvious.

yes you are what you eat. if you eat healthy foods your insides will be healthy and if you eat all bad food with too much fat your attires will wind up clogged and you most likely will be fat. what you eat shows up mostly on the inside but to much of a bad thing will show up as a fat gut
