tell someone that i'm going to date that i never had a girlfriend or shouldn't I? How would she react if i tell her that i never had a girlfriend?

That is a question that does not need to be discussed on a date. The first date one should not discuss how many boy/girlfriends they had, how many partners they had -- in fact, on the first date, there should be no discussion about becoming boy/girlfriend at all! It is only a date! A time to get acquainted with each other and find out some more about each other to see if the two of you are compatible.

Perhaps once you become comfortable with each other and perhaps see that the two of you may be heading into a relationship would be the time to let her know that you have not had a girlfriend before. A lot of women will think that it is sweet that you are being honest with them. But not on the first date.

I think everyone has a little social anxiety.... if she asks be honest. Tell her you haven't really met anyone until her that you wanted to have a serious relationship with. Maybe she'll like the fact that you're not a player.... that can be a plus these days. Good Luck.

It all depends on the reason that you give her. If you tell her ýou've been waiting for someone special...she'll like the fact that she's your first girlfriend.

You don't need to tell a girl you plan to date that you've never dated before. If, while you're on your date she asks you if you've dated before, just say "no, nobody's interested me before".
