yes it does and also cleans the body and its full of antioxidants it taste not so brilliant but it is really good for you, also try to eat fibre like porridge in the morning.Further fish oil capsules (or lots of fish)which is good for you brain and skin and lots of other things. try to avoid "TV dinners"and anything else that's processed like almost everything that's white like white sugar,salt,white bread pasta etc and eat as much as possible natural products, also processed chicken is not good for you try free range or the close to free range meat , and walk as many as you can , drink lots of water and in the morning a hot glass with lemon juicy works miricals. I drank SOBE Green Tea and lost quite a bit of weight. I drank it 6 times a day....and ate one large meal.
