Guys: If you really loved a woman you are in a relationship with, how long would you want to wait to have sex with her? Also, once you two made love, would your feelings change and how would they change about her and the relationship?(given she inititated the first move to make love)

If I was really in love with a woman, I would wait until she was ready to have sex with me. Now to answer the next question, "How long is too long a wait?" Well, there is no set answer for that and it varies per couple, but a man should be able to gauge whether a woman is hesitating having sex because she is not quite ready yet, perhaps a bit afraid, versus her simply delaying or not thinking about having sex with you. If the latter is true then the couple needs to have a serious discussion about how they view the relationship progressing.
If I truly loved a woman, my feelings for her would change after we had sex -- I would grow closer towards her and the relationship would be stronger since we would view sex as a culmination and expression of our love towards each other.

Love and sex are co related. Period of waiting depends on one's cumulative art of iniciting lust.Immediately after first sex, relations will expand in the begning. Rest of the life your luck.
