Stop buying Red Seal & Gold Seal Cannabis as well , as it comes from Pakistan via Afghanistan. Oh and whilst you are at it, stop using Costcutter and Supersave express. Where do you think that surplush cash you pay over and above for on supermarket prices it going to?
And another thing, if we eliminate Heroin coming in from Afghanistan, it will just come from the other direction, south america where it is also rife.
Also, if existing Heroin users can't get their drugs, they will switch to Crack cocaine, therefore, creating a more violent society and probably the introduction of Armed Police on our streets.

They have bugger all else to trade with other than the odd Kalashnikov.
But this is one of the reason why it would good to eradicate the likes of these militant organisations. It also makes it easier to swallow the reasons politicians give for their actions and mistakes.
The regions have a history of corruption and fighting no one has put an end to it in the past and my belief is that half hearted operations to put an stop to it just causes grief and death to Innocent people over extended periods of time - they achieve very little for anyone concerned.
