No, I don't think so. There's the possibility that you will have a very clean face, but that's about it. You aren't washing your EYES, are you?

No. If that is true, most of the world will be blind. Dry skin, may be. Blind - no. Go wash away!

I have never heard of that. Washing your face is just good hygiene. Whoever told you that was pulling your chain a little.
