LOL! I suggest that you see a professional for those weeping sores! They can't be very pleasant!

I think you'll find its mainly men that seem to ask questions like that. For some reason men seem to have an irrational fear of going to the doctors. Perhaps it is admitting weakness or something! But I totally see your point! I mean, if I had something dodgy going on I'd be straight down to the doctors. i certainly wouldn't be wasting time on the net! I think maybe people are looking for some comfort or establishing wether it is really serious or not.

perhaps some people with some of the conditions - ie the one above - are too embarassed to seek professional advice
I think if people come on here genuinely looking for help and we can offer them any useful advice then we should do so

Sometimes people know what condition they have a need re-assurance and advice from other suffers. If you don't like these questions then stay out of the health section!

people are often scared when something happens to them, and they like to know why and what it is before they seek professional help. We can see obviously they need professional help, but then we not the ones suffering are we?

Maybe some people are shy about certain things and just want a quick reply before they get further help.

p.s. Is there something here you want to tell us?

Some people badly need help and come online to get it. Obviously you haven't been ill in a long time. Good stuff.
