Rule of thumb is any green leafy vegetables. But if you are deficient, take some iron tablets for a week or so just to give your system a boost.

Go the Green Leafies!!! Spinach is good, so is broccoli. Also eat an orange with them - the vitamin C helps the body absorb the iron properly.
I would however, reccommend an iron supplement if you aren't eating meat - I just gave up vegetarianism after 21 yrs!
