Perhaps, when you exercise you are hyperventilating. It can happen to anyone who either breathes too shallow to get enough oxygen to the brain, or anyone who kind of "holds their breath" when they exert energy. You have to be conscious of your breathing to train yourself to breathe properly when you exercise. Also, Blood Pressure that is too high...or too low can cause those symptoms so best to find out the optimum range for your age and size category and aim for healthy levels. If you are young however, it is probably just the excitement and adrenaline rush of the exercise & forgetting to breathe properly one second in...and one second out...with the exhale on the most strenuous part of your exercise (like if you are lifting weights, or doing sit-ups etc.) Good luck, hope you can get it under control. P.S. See a doctor if it keeps worrying you, just to be safe.

You're not exercising enough, and your feeling energetic because your not letting out all that pent up energy. Play more sports, exercise more, go out more...and the dizzy feeling should soon fade, if topped with proper foods (fruits and veggies)
