A good multi vitamin should help if you have an insufficient diet. Berocca could give you a bounce. if your out partying all night then maybe you need more sleep. if you have tried all of the above. a visit to your gp requesting a full blood test specifically testing the function of your thyriod gland... may find a medical problem....i used to be tired all the time and found that i had a hypoactive/under active thyriod....could be many things though...good luck

What are you eating for breakfast?

Do you take any supplements for your immune system?

Do you "power" drink coffee early in the morning before work?

When is the last time you had your sugar tested?

Is it before lunch, or after lunch when you get tired?

How is your social life?

How is the stress level at work?

A 20 to 30 minute aerobic or Tai Chi workout, a small but high carb breakfast might help the problem. If you have a little privacy at your work place you can do some sitting gymnastics, stretching, etc. The curve on caffeine is interesting, and tends to wear off most people within 4 to 6 hours. If you not drink more caffeine than your previous dosage, it might not give the boost you need. Our immune system is critical also on your energy level throughout the day. Zinc, Vitamin C, and Super Omega may be what you need! Our social life, stress, sleep, and how we look at ourselves can also add or decrease our energy levels.

So, take a big breath of air...hold.1, 2, 3...let it out, telll yourself you are proud of who you are, and what you are...and ask yourself the questions I mentioned.

Also, just get your sugar tested.....not very expensive at all.

Hope it has been a help! Have you considered a fitness studio, yoga, Tai Chi......?

Hi,...Im a 5th year medical student....If what u r suffering is just a fatigue...then I can give u some nice advices...but if it is a kind of pain or something....then I recommend u go to ur general physician...

Fatigue is a very often encountered phenomenon...It can have many etiologies...:
1-Mal-sleeping....If u simply dont sleep well or dont sleep enough u'll spend a bad day the day after....so sleep from 6-8 hours per day..and it is recommended to sleep on ur right side.If u r sexually active...do it when u need it..as it will give u satisfaction and relax u..but make sure u sleep for 6-8 hours :-).
2-It could be caused by lack in some vitamins or minerals..u could get them from natural sources as veggies and fruits....or as vitamin tablets.
The most important minerals /vitamins that are important to fight fatigue are:
A-VitaminB family(from 1-12).
B-Magnesium.
C-Vitamin C(parcley and citrus fruits.....parcley is the richest in vitamin C!!)
D-Calcium.(milk and especially youghurt).
NOTE: dont take vitamin tablets on daily basis for a prelonged time ...ask ur physician or at least the pahrmacist...!!! taking vitamins for a long time may cause serious problems...!!

I advice u to have 5 portions at least of fruits daily....and lots and lots of greeny vegies.....and dont feel bad if u didnt feel any difference in the first few days...U need at least 2 weeks of improved diet to feel the difference...along with sleeping well and enough.

Im very interested in herbal/natural medicine..and use it as parallel to medicine itself!!!
I advice u to boost ur powers with HONEY..yes HONEY dont buy it from the supermarkerts..try to get it natural from a bee farm or somethin!!! It is really beneficial....and power boosting.Milk is always recommended....and dont forget spinach..it really gives u some strength...:-)...good luck...I dont know if u have this in the western world(im an arab)..which is : nigella sativum...we call it the black seed..it works like magic....especially if u mix it with honey...the scientific name is NIGELLA SATIVUM...it boosts ur immuinty and strength!!! it is as big as a sesame seed and it is dark black in colour.
