Tomorrow I'm going to have my very dark blonde curly hair bleached to a very light platinum blonde. I was wondering, how fast will re-growth be? As in what lengh in hat time frame? Also, how often will I need to get it touched up before it looks bad? I'm worried about how expensive this is going to be for me.

Usually its every 6 weeks if you want to keep your roots at the same colour. Hair grows around 1cm per month.

The same as growth rate before you dyed it. You didn't alter your follicles, so expect a half inch a month. More or less.
