hmm i would say america but it seems as tho every country has problems in itself, with the way it is governed. i would try looking up canada to be honest, and see where that gets ya. :) eh..lol

I would say France.
The French have the most civilised lifestyle. They appreciate the Arts, Conversation, Wine, Food and they have wonderful scenery of all kinds. The population density is just right for me, transport is great by road or rail and you are never too far from a city. You can sunbathe in one part and Ski in another on the same day.
They are still very polite and the handshake on meeting between men is very pleasant as is the kissing of the cheek between women/women and men/women acquaintances. Even the plumbing is good now! You have to rule out the Spanish and the Italians on the grounds of animal rights and other issues.

I would like to say The Hague...wait that's not the country name...I always get confused...is it Belgium or the Netherlands, can I just say Holland and get away with it?
Either that or Iceland....Norway is really good on their people, though, from what the media has leaked to us ill informed americans.
