U could use a tutor or some instruction texts. But general, try to work out the different parts of your body evenly. Make sure to get enough rest and a balanced diet as well.

eat healthy n nutricius diet!!!!!!! Pls dont take it tht much easy ....coz its really diffi to build up a healthy body...sumtims it may b overloaded or sumtimes it may b tooo thin!
