i may only be on level 2 but i ask as many qns as i answer so my points sort of even out... in fact i like asking qns a bit more than answering sooo...

You have a disease called 'Impulsive Compulsive Internet Usage' and it will be under Obsessive Compulsive Specrum Disorders in the coming version of DSM V. Currently any specific treatment is not available for this disorder. But you can try the same treatments for OCD, like CBT and SSRI.
Or if you need another treatment with a faster onset of action
