yes it is exactly Turkish, I know because I'm Turkish. It says that your message will be sent when you sign in. How did you get this? Are you interested in Turkish, or it was only an accident.

its turkish.. im sorry i dont know what the whole sentence means but "teslim" means something like "may it be healthy" or "may it be fine" .. "edilecek" i think means ur hands.. not sure though
"teslam eedak" in ARABIC is a way to thank ppl, for example when u give me something and i want to thank u i say "teslam eedak" ..
some turkish words are very much alike with arabic words.. for example "afyet" in turkish means "afya" in arabic which is health..

oh, u can ask in the german section because many turk live in germany.. write this in the question field so u wont get reported for using a wrong language:
"welche sprache ist diese? und was bedeutet es?"
