I have a Trek 4400 with a 16'' frame, its 26'' for sure.

16" frames tend to have 26" wheels tho i have heard of a 16/24 bike. If you look on the tyre it will give you the correct wheel size

26". Almost all mtb are use wheels that size, some bikes are 29", but that usually shows up as a feature.

The wheels will be 26".

Tyre size is 26"x2.0. on Matrix 550 rims (probably)
