Reference is made to our invitation letter dated 25th April, 2006 to HE ABC, Minister of Energy to attend the 3rd Ministerial Meeting of the ATF to be held during 23-25 September, 2006 in Tokyo.

In this connection, we are pleased to enclose herewith the draft Agenda of the Ministerial Meeting for your review and comments, which has been prepared by the Executive Bureau during a meeting held in Tokyo on 23 August, 2006.

As the date of the Ministerial Meeting is drawing near, we would appreciate to receive the names of the delegates accompanying the Minister and passport copies to arrange for the necessary entry visas for Japan.

Dear Mr X,

I am writing to confirm receipt of the invitation to the 3rd Ministerial Meeting being held Sept. 23-25, 2006 in Tokyo. Enclosed you will find the names of the attending delegates and copies of passports and other necessary documents. The entry visas have been secured and can be picked up at the security desk at the airport. (?? hehe)
