Not sure about mobiles but I know mobiles are dangerous around certain equipment, and petrol stations. The news about over heated batteries bursting into flames in lap tops is pretty scary I would say.

yes, do not cover the ventilation of comp if switched on, but not sure about mobile phones, if you threw the battery of the phone in a fire it will explode. Also I think same for psps, just depends use your judgement!

apparently, you have seen the news lately about the dell battery packs exploding etc and causing fires....there is nothing electronic, that isnt flamable
