Canada is a beautiful country. I have both family and friends that live there. I'd go live there whether or not we had a good or bad president. Most definitely if Mrs Clinton happens to get elected. What a scary thought! But apparently there are some idiots out there who would vote for her. I hope not enough to get her elected though.

It's not just a matter of upping sticks and going to Canada. You need to seek permission to emigrate to Canada, as you would to go to any other foreign country. Americans are not guaranteed the right to relocate anywhere in the world they please, you know! As far as I was reading, there were many more inquiring about the process of becoming expatriates, but as far as the number that actually followed through, it was not huge. Personally, Canada holds no appeal whatsoever forme.

We left and have come to Italy.

Wouldn't go to Canada...

Those who decided to go, good riddance. If Canada would exercise some security measures of its own and some immigration enforcement, 3222 Americans would still be alive.

this is for the user "MyOtherNewName".... when people cross the border into the US from Canada they go thru US Customs, so it's really the US that lets them in you moron!
When people go to Canada from the US they go thru Canada Customs...
Canada may just harbor them, but its the US that lets them into the country in the first place.

U mean the country that allowed 19 terrorist to cross the border and high-jack planes to crash into buildings? I'll pass on that. I've met 5 Canadians in my life, All were, well on the most part, "Retarded"

Good!!!!! We do not need those that run away when they lose. We want those that lose, to come back and try to win the next one. We would like for them to be a little more civil when they are trying to win the next one, however.

Why must one jump ship instead of reaching out and extend a helping hand in coming up with a solution in solving the problems on what went wrong at home and on planet earth.
That serve no good purpose for the good of mankind with self lack of knowledge and misinterpretation with miscommuncation and communication failures with communication break-down on planet earth.
Where ever we go will still face the same problems instead of facing it in solving in on planet earth.

No, they didn't. They were just blowhards. We wanted them to leave; but those kind of people never keep their word.
And they like our welfare and health care better than they like Canada's.
