Worse -- 90% of the people who use this site are functionally illiterate, even if they speak English as their native language.

It's not a particularly efficient way of improving your English and you will come across a lot of poor English which might confuse you.

You'd be better to read English magazines or newspapers (or online versions of these.) Speaking on a more one to one basis with an English speaker is a lot more useful than going through hastily written postings.

None the less today your English is going to improve when I tell you that the sentence should end " English will get better or worse" Worst is the opposite of best.

It will be better at informal language. I think this cannot help improving formal language or grammar. Also you cannot do with yahoo answers so much. There aren't a lot of words in here. Poeple only use common ones. Reading books is the best way I think, with speaking practice...

If the person's English is non-native and not very good to begin with, I think it will get better.
If the person's English is native but with shaky spelling, or non-native but quite advanced, it could get worse.
My own English is flawless, but I actually think it has gotten (or got, if you prefer) even better since I started answering some of the trickier grammar questions. I hadn't necessarily thought about some of the points raised in the questions.

It depends on the categories he/she views. For example, his/her English will get better if he/she views language categories because most people who answer there are well educated. But if he/she viewed music and entertainment his English will get worse. I've tried that. They have got many misspellings.

Judging by the state of some of the answers/questions, I'll say worse.
If one more idiot on the beauty site asks "will my hair fall?" as oppose to "fall out" and "how I must paint hair" as oppose to "How to dye my hair", I'll be pulling my own hair out!
Worst of all, there's a spell checker, so how can these people make such errors!
